DS Thermal Pro 10mm Sound Deadening & Insulation

DeadSound DS Thermal Pro 10mm is a thick, self-adhesive vehicle insulation layer designed to improve acoustic comfort and help reduce heat transfer in vans, campervans, motorhomes and cars. Its 10mm construction makes it particularly useful where extra insulation depth is suitable and space allows.

Use it as part of a layered sound-deadening and insulation system. For best results, apply butyl sound-deadening sheets directly to clean metal panels first, then install DS Thermal Pro 10mm over the treated area.

2. Apply DeadSound butyl sheets directly to the metal to control vibration and panel resonance.

4. Apply DS Thermal Pro 10mm over the treated surface.
5. Seal suitable joins using Thermal Sound Deadening Joint Tape.
6. Add Thermal Fleece in deeper cavities where additional insulation is required.
