Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Whether you're ordering sound deadening, insulation or campervan furniture materials, you'll find all of our delivery, collection and returns information below.
Furniture Boards & Sheet Materials
Due to the size of our plywood and furniture boards, these products cannot be shipped using our standard courier service.
Some products are collection only, while larger quantity deliveries may be available by our own transport. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12.00pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that are dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday-Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.

Returns policy
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty. Please send us a message: sales@dead-sound.co.uk
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.
