Reduce unwanted vibration, panel resonance and road noise with this HexiLite Sound Deadening Roll twin pack. The bundle includes two lightweight, self-adhesive HexiLite rolls and a DeadSound application roller to help achieve firm, even adhesion across vehicle panels.

HexiLite combines a flexible butyl sound-deadening layer with a reinforced aluminium foil facing. It is designed to conform to curved and shaped vehicle surfaces while controlling the vibration that causes rattles and unwanted noise.

Suitable Applications

Ideal for campervans, vans, cars, motorhomes, 4x4s and commercial vehicles. Apply to clean interior metal surfaces including roofs, side panels, doors, tailgates, wheel arches, floors, bulkheads and rear quarters.

How to Install

1. Clean and degrease the painted metal surface thoroughly.
2. Measure and cut the HexiLite roll to the required shape.
3. Test-fit the material before removing the backing.
4. Peel away the release film gradually and press firmly into position.
5. Use the supplied roller across the full surface to remove trapped air and ensure secure contact.
