DS Thermal Pro combines premium butyl sound deadening with a reinforced aluminium-faced thermal layer. Applied directly to clean vehicle panels, it helps reduce vibration, panel resonance and road noise while also helping control heat transfer.

Installation

1. Clean and degrease the metal surface thoroughly.
2. Measure and cut the Thermal Pro to the required shape.
3. Remove the backing film and apply firmly to the panel.
4. Use the supplied roller to remove trapped air and ensure full contact.
5. Seal adjoining sections and exposed joints with the supplied aluminium foil tape.
