The dense polyester fibres also absorb airborne sound. For the best acoustic performance, install Thermal Fleece over DeadSound butyl sound deadening sheets. The butyl material controls vibration and panel resonance, while the fleece helps absorb airborne noise and improve thermal comfort.

Choose your bundle

• 2 x DS 120 Spray Adhesive: Ideal when the vehicle surfaces are already clean, dry and ready for installation.
• 1 x DS Prep Spray + 1 x DS 120 Spray Adhesive: Includes preparation spray to help clean the fitting surface before applying the adhesive and fleece.

Installation guide

1. Make sure the vehicle surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose material.
2. Use the DS Prep Spray first when selecting the preparation bundle.
3. Measure and cut the Thermal Fleece to the required shape.
4. Apply the DS 120 Spray Adhesive in accordance with the instructions on the can.
5. Allow the adhesive to become tacky, then press the fleece firmly into position.
6. Fit your final wall, roof or lining panel over the insulation.

Do not obstruct wiring, drainage routes, ventilation openings, moving parts or access points that may need future maintenance.
