Create a quieter, warmer and more comfortable small van with this complete DeadSound® kit. It combines lightweight HexiLite sound-deadening sheets with two 5mm Thermal Foam rolls, a full-width 10mm Thermal Pro roll, recycled Thermal Fleece and the preparation and fitting accessories required for a professional installation.

Ideal for compact vans and campervan conversions such as the Volkswagen Caddy, Ford Transit Connect, Citroën Berlingo, Peugeot Partner, Renault Kangoo, Vauxhall Combo and similar-sized vehicles.

Recommended Installation Order

1. Clean and degrease the vehicle panels using DeadSound Prep Spray.
2. Apply the sound deadening sheets to key metal panels and roll firmly for maximum adhesion.
3. Fit the two 5mm Thermal Foam rolls and the 10mm Thermal Pro roll to the required walls, roof, floor and wheel-arch areas.
4. Seal and finish joints using the supplied foam joint tape and aluminium foil tape.
5. Use DeadSound 120 High Heat Contact Adhesive to fit the Thermal Fleece inside cavities and irregular spaces.
