Recommended Installation Order

1. Clean and degrease the vehicle panels using DeadSound Prep Spray.
2. Apply the HexiLite sheets to key metal panels and roll firmly for maximum adhesion.
3. Fit the 5mm Thermal Foam and 5mm Thermal Pro to the required walls, roof, floor and wheel-arch areas.
4. Seal and finish joints using the supplied thermal joint tape and aluminium foil tape.
5. Use DeadSound 120 High Heat Contact Adhesive to fit the Thermal Fleece inside cavities and irregular spaces.
