It combines lightweight HexiLite sound-deadening sheets with 5mm thermal foam, thicker 10mm Thermal Pro insulation, recycled Thermal Fleece and the preparation and fitting accessories needed for a professional installation.

Recommended Installation Order

1. Clean and degrease the vehicle panels using DeadSound Prep Spray.
2. Apply the HexiLite sheets to key metal panels and roll firmly for maximum adhesion.
3. Fit the 5mm Thermal rolls and 10mm Thermal Pro rolls to the required walls, roof, floor and wheel-arch areas.
4. Seal and finish joints using the supplied thermal joint tape and aluminium foil tape.
5. Use DeadSound 120 High Heat Contact Adhesive to secure Thermal Fleece inside cavities and irregular spaces.
