40 DS Sound Deadening Sheets

Reduce unwanted vibration, panel resonance and road noise with this 40-sheet pack of DeadSound® butyl sound deadening. Designed for vans, campervans, motorhomes, cars, 4x4s and commercial vehicles, the pack provides approximately 3.6m² of coverage for treating larger vehicle areas.

Each self-adhesive sheet combines premium automotive-grade butyl with a durable aluminium foil facing. The flexible construction bonds firmly to clean metal panels and is easy to cut and shape around floors, doors, roofs, wheel arches and curved surfaces.

Suitable For

Apply to clean, dry vehicle metalwork including floors, doors, side panels, roofs, wheel arches, bulkheads, boots and load areas.

Installation

Clean and degrease the surface before fitting. Peel away the backing, position each sheet and press firmly into place. For the best adhesion and to minimise trapped air, apply even pressure across the sheet with a sound deadening roller.
